Overview

AYNITECH built the analytics capability behind the Contraloría’s early-warning anti-corruption information system (SIAT), designed to surface indicators of possible corruption across public entities before harm occurs. The platform fused internal and external sources — public-contracting records, the persons and property registries, related-party and payroll data across Oracle, SQL Server and Informix — into BI dashboards delivered on web and mobile, with a vision extending to a national data warehouse connected online across sectors and field-audit verification via tablets and smartphones.
