Overview

AYNITECH designed and built the command dashboards for the Chief of Staff (Jefe de Estado Mayor) of the Peruvian Navy, covering three domains — Planning, Personnel and Budget — across three control dashboards, 20 attributes and 78 indicators. Built on MicroStrategy over a data model AYNITECH designed and the Navy deployed, the prototypes were refined with the Navy’s Telematics Directorate and the owners of the underlying transactional systems. The Planning board tracks decision procedures, strategic-plan updates and objective compliance with alerts; Personnel covers active, retired and promoted personnel with a naval-zone map; and Budget monitors investment execution, accountability and income against targets.
