The Approach

AYNITECH built the analytics system end-to-end: a data warehouse fed by ETL from the company’s source systems, delivering a structured suite of 17 standardized reports and 6 management dashboards, each owned by a clear responsible area. The result is one consistent reporting fabric spanning five business areas, with particularly deep coverage of the finance and controller domain.
