MINEDU is the executive-branch sector responsible for Peru’s national education policy, directing and supervising educational and pedagogical policy in coordination with regional governments — work that demands technology to support decisions by its authorities. Each office and directorate had built its own information schema, making integrated, live decision-making difficult. The Ministry needed a dashboard that could act as an “integrator” across its many transactional systems.
